2008 - Angel's Quest
The vision for Angels Quest is that every family and carer in Ireland, who has a special needs child, will have their respite care needs met and that their "Angels" will find the care they receive appropriate, enjoyable and comfortable. This level of respite care will be accepted as normal in everyday life in Ireland.
Thousands of families who lovingly care for their disabled child at home are living with the, often harsh, realities of meeting their child's special needs: 24 hour vigilance, endless patience, physical endurance and emotional heartache. The funds raised on IPPA Happy Faces Day 2008 will help give these families the respite provision and support they need.
The inaugural IPPA Happy Faces Day in 2006 was a huge success, and raised much needed funds for the third Angel's Quest home. The 2006 event raised close to €50,000.

2007 - DEBRA Ireland
This year's "Happy Faces Day" will benefit "DEBRA Ireland", an organisation that provides support to patients and families affected by the rare genetic skin condition Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB); a very distressing and painful disorder which causes the skin layers and internal body linings to separate and blister at the slightest touch.
DEBRA Ireland also funds specific research into effective treatments and a cure for EB.
