I understand that once a course is confirmed to me that I shall pay it within 3 working days. If I cancel the reservation within one week of the course commencement, no refund is due. A substitute (alternate delegate) will be accepted at any time up to commencement of course. If my substitute is an IPPA eligible member there is no cost for the substitute, however I am a member and I substitute with a non-member, then difference in course fee to be paid, ie: €100
